I'm late getting this up but I figured since I took the pictures I should post them. I still went to work but it was at the end of the semester and after finals so there wasn't much to do. I ended up chaperoning a field trip to USC for a bunch of our 9th graders. It was a little long to be on the campus (8:30 to 3:00) but the kids had a good time and were on pretty good behavior. I did have to remind a couple kids that we weren't at our school so they had to get up and throw their trash in an actual trash can. The coolest part of the day for me was sneaking into a the back of a sound editing class. They were having a guest speaker that day on the concerns associated with mixing music and sound effects. I was getting into it but the students with me got bored so we snuck out early.
After work I rushed to pick up the boys and we met Richard over at Disneyland to take advantage of their birthday deal. We have passes so instead of getting free admittance, I got the gift card to buy some souvenirs. I bought the boys some pins and a sweatshirt for me.
Here are the boys waiting for the parade. I made them watch it (we usually avoid them) and they enjoyed it despite all of their earlier complaints.
Latter we went by Toon Town where Nathan showed off his muscles.
And Josh channeled his inner fireman.

I wish they still had the bounce house inside Toon town. We all love the parades, especially Libby.
